The Princeton Review (also known as TPR Education) offers test-preparation services for the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) and other exams, such as the American College Testing exam (ACT), SAT and AP subject tests, and the GMAT, LSAT, MCAT, and GRE tests. The company's services are delivered through a network of more than 4,000 tutors and teachers in North America and abroad; as well as via online courses and more than 150 print and digital books. Other services include college admission and career planning assistance. The Princeton Review helps some 3.5 million students each year. IAC/InterActiveCorp acquired The Princeton Review from private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners in 2014.
